Framing of local media in the management issues of Sultan Ground and Pakualaman Ground in Yogyakarta

The land management regulations under Law No.13/2002 on the Privilege of Yogyakarta (Privileged Law/UUK) which were fully handed over to Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate received spotlight after publication a series investigative reports that revealed allegations maladministration in Special Region (DIY). However, this disclosure was carried out by national mass media and did not involve local media. This study reveals how during period 2021-2022 reported its relation conflicts DIY using framing method with Entman approach. concludes three DIY, Kedaulatan Rakyat, Tribun Jogja, Harian Jogja image has properly managed utilized rights obtained through mandate Privileges for benefit general public.
